Subsurface Testing Program Nearing Completion

Drilling for the site's first phase of subsurface testing program is now complete. Completion of this stage of drilling allows the project's geotechnical engineer to issue the geotechnical report, which informs the design of the building's foundation system.

The pilot boring program is ongoing at each of the project's deep foundation shaft locations. Two to three additional drilling rigs will be mobilized to the site to advance this work. The program is expected to take approximately six additional weeks, with completion anticipated in mid-October 2026. Additional drilling equipment will be visible on site throughout this period.
