Two buildings located on 4th Street South, immediately north of Charles Court, are scheduled for demolition. Work is expected to commence upon receipt of demolition permits, which are currently anticipated near the end of September 2026.
Once underway, demolition is anticipated to take one to two weeks, which would place completion in early to mid-October 2026.
