WOW! will install underground fiber and/or coaxial cabling along Charles Court, running from 4th Street South toward 3rd Street South. The new underground cabling will replace the overhead lines currently spanning between 4th Street South and the alley that separates the project site from the townhomes to the east.

WOW! has indicated that this work is planned for completion within the next several weeks, or by late September 2026. This work is being performed by the utility provider, not Valor.
